The Organo Acidic Waste Treatment Plant offers a solution to wastes that contain unrecycable VOCs.
The plant was designed to treat highly corrosive waste streams (concentrated acids, alkali solutions etc..)
PTFE (Teflon) coated vacuum distillation column separates the VOCs from the waste stream. Condensed VOCs are further treated at a Waste-to-Energy plant. The remainig waste stream is sent to a pH correction reactor.
Filter-Press unit separates the solid waste after neutralization. Clean of VOCs solids are landfilled, whereas the remaining liquids post filtration are reused in other plant processes.
